Pasal 27
Seksi Umum sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 6 ayat (3) huruf j, bertugas melaksanakan fungsi pelayanan dan pembinaan administrasi umum dan ketatausahaan serta pelayanan markas di lingkungan Polres.
Dalam melaksanakan tugas sebagaimana dimaksud dalam ayat (1), Seksi Umum menyelenggarakan fungsi:
pelayanan dan pembinaan administrasi umum dan ketatausahaan meliputi kesekretariatan, kearsipan dan perpustakaan serta pelayanan pembinaan naskah dinas meliputi penelitian konsep naskah dinas, registrasi naskah dinas, dan tata naskah; dan
pelayanan markas antara lain pelayanan fasilitas kantor, rapat, angkutan, perumahan, protokoler untuk upacara, pemakaman, dan urusan dalam di lingkungan Polres.
Pasal 28
Seksi Umum sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 27, terdiri atas:
Subseksi Administrasi dan Ketatausahaan;
Subseksi Pelayanan Markas; dan
Urusan Administrasi.
Subseksi Administrasi dan Ketatausahaan sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) huruf a, bertugas menyelenggarakan dan membina fungsi administrasi umum dan ketatausahaan, serta pelayanan naskah dinas.
Subseksi Pelayanan Markas sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) huruf b, bertugas melakukan pelayanan markas Polres, antara lain melaksanakan pelayanan fasilitas kantor, rapat, angkutan, perumahan, protokoler untuk upacara, pemakaman, dan urusan dalam Polres.
Urusan Administrasi sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) huruf c, bertugas menyelenggarakan kegiatan administrasi pegawai negeri pada Polri dan logistik serta administrasi umum.
